Konstel’s subsidiary Krøderen Elektro AS has strengthened its operations with the acquisition of Hegna Installasjon in Kongsberg.
Krøderen Elektro is a leading electrical company in eastern Norway offering sustainable electrical installations, broadband, and security solutions. It also performs a range of inspections, electrical calculations, and analyses.
With branch offices in Kongsberg, Modum, Sigdal, Ringerike, Flå, and Gol, Hegna Installasjon occupies a strong position in the market. Its acquisition brings Krøderen Elektro’s turnover to approximately NOK 230 million with a workforce of about 175.
As Terje Myhre, CEO Konstel AS, comments: “This acquisition strengthens our market position in Kongsberg, and I want to take the opportunity to warmly welcome all Hegna Installasjon’s employees and customers to Krøderen Elektro and Konstel.”
The takeover was completed on 8 May 2023.
