Marcus Holmstrand appointed Nimlas Group CFO

Marcus Holmstrand has joined the Nimlas Group as the new group CFO and a member of the Nimlas leader Marcus is a business-oriented CFO with extensive experience. He is accustomed to working in a decentralized organization with operations in multiple countries. He has served as CFO in a publicly listed company and successfully led the same company to a listing on the Nasdaq main market.

Marcus's experience and toolbox align very well with what we need at Nimlas. We are in a phase where we are building a robust and successful Nimlas with a focus on continued profitability and growth. We are developing the company's governance processes and structures, as well as our financial reporting and control. These are crucial areas for creating a long-term sustainable and profitable company. Board work and collaboration with owners, investors, and banks are other areas where Marcus has significant experience, and they become increasingly important as the company expands.

With Marcus in place in the role of Group CFO he will also be responsible of running the new set up of the Nimlas CFO team. And parallel the Nimlas leadership team will therefore be remade with Marcus joining and the new formation is consisting of Group CEO, Group CFO and Country CEOs Furthermore, as communicated earlier, the team will be strengthened with Tiina Koppinen appointed CEO of QMG as of 1st of March, who is replacing Kimmo Liukkonen. 

The leadership team will be tighter and thereby able to focus even more clearly on the tasks such as defining the playfield for the countries and setting the direction for the group.
