Sandbäckens acquires VärmeTeamet in Skåne

Sandbäckens Rör i Landskrona / Helsingborg AB, part of the Nimlas Group, acquires VärmeTeamet i Skåne AB whose operations will be merged into the Landskrona / Helsingborg company. The acquisition is in line with Sandbäcken's 5-50-500 strategy: 5 billion in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in profit. Sandbäckens plans to grow strongly in the VS and energy solutions segment.

VärmeTeamet was started by Bengt Roos, Joakim Jörgensen and Otto Rydenhov in 2011. VärmeTeamet installs and performs service of heat pumps and plumbing work. The company today consists of 11 employees who are based in Landskrona and operate in Skåne. The main target group is private individuals and to some extent medium-sized construction companies.

- I look forward to further developing the company together with Sandbäckens Rör in Landskrona / Helsingborg. Now we can collaborate with each other in the larger projects, says Bengt Roos, one of the founders of the Heating Team in Skåne.

Through the acquisition, Sandbäckens Rör in Landskrona / Helsingborg is expanded with more knowledge in heat pumps and broadens the geographical coverage.

- We have collaborated with each other for many years, and it feels very good that Bengt and his colleagues are becoming part of Sandbäckens. Now together we become a comprehensive supplier in the region and can offer services for both commercial and private customers, says Adam Lachowicz, CEO of Sandbäckens Rör in Landskrona / Helsingborg.

The acquisition of VärmeTeamet i Skåne AB is expected to be completed in May 2024.
