Sandbäckens acquires VVS Resurs in Stockholm
Sandbäckens, part of Nimlas Group, acquires VVS Resurs in Stockholm AB.
The company has existed since 1999 and is run by Håkan Karlsson, Dan Johansson and Joakim Gullin. The business consists of heat pump installations, reconstruction contracts and building of turnkey bathrooms. The customers are represented within medium-sized construction companies, public housing, commercial property owners, BRFs and consumers. The business has 11 employees who are based in Tullinge and work is carried out in southern Stockholm.
-
I am impressed by Sandbäckens and the support we will
be able to get, for example purchasing, finance and personnel matters. The fact
that we now belong to Sandbäckens means that VVS Resurs can continue to grow, says Håkan
Karlsson, founder of VVS Resurs.
The acquisition is part of Sandbäckens 5-50-500 growth strategy: 5
billion in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in earnings, and we plan
to grow strongly in all disciplines.
-
VVS Resurs is exactly the kind of company we are
looking for in the region to be able to develop the service business. Now we
have a new node in southern Stockholm, says Anders Buskas,
Regional Manager of Stockholm Sandbäcken.
Sandbäckens enables VVS Resurs to continue its operations as an
independent and business-driven subsidiary with Joakim Gullin as CEO.
-
I already see synergies between our operations and a
great potential to be able to create project opportunities together with other
Sandbäckens companies, says Joakim Gullin, CEO VVS Resurs.
The acquisition of VVS Resurs is expected to be completed in May 2024.
