Sandbäckens continues the electricity investment - starts an electricity company

Sandbäckens, part of the Nimlas Group, starts its first electricity company - Sandbäckens El Skillingaryd AB. The investment is part of Sandbäckens 5-50-500 strategy: 5 billion in turnover, 50 new companies, 500 million in profit and we plan to grow strongly in all disciplines. The goal for the electricity segment is to have a turnover of 1 billion in the next few years.

- The start-up of Sandbäckens El Skillingaryd is another step in our journey as a multidisciplinary installation group, says Lars Larsen, Regional Manager of Electricity.

The company is run by Alfred Magnusson as CEO and Jack Storck, Service Manager. The business consists of electrical and data installations, fixture replacements, service assignments, charging boxes for electric cars and smart home solutions. Furthermore, energy-saving installations such as conversion to led lighting are carried out. The target group is construction, pipe and ventilation companies, contracting companies, commercial and municipal property owners and consumers. The company has six employees based in Skillingaryd and Jönköping. 

- We will follow our customers and carry out work where we contribute the most, and of course it will be the county of Jönköping and the surrounding area at first, says Jack Storck, Service manager of Sandbäckens El Skillingaryd.

Sandbäckens enables the company to establish itself and can develop as an independent and business-driven subsidiary.

- Being able to start an electricity company from scratch with the support of Sandbäckens is a perfect match, my colleagues and I can shape the culture and we have with us structures such as business systems, purchase agreements and other support functions from the group, says Alfred Magnusson, CEO.
