Sandbäckens group is expanded with Telesystem i Växjö AB

Växjö Elmontage AB, part of the Sandbäcken Group, acquires Telesystem i Växjö AB. The company will conduct operations as an independent subsidiary of Växjö Elmontage.

Telesystem was founded by Peter Lindblom and Anders Linnér in 2005. The business consists of installations of alarm systems, security and access systems, camera surveillance, fire alarms, electronic locking, door automation and network installations. The customers are shops, companies, property companies, construction companies and municipalities. The work is carried out in Kronoberg county by the company's 7 employees.

- For us, it is absolutely the right buyer, and we look forward to becoming colleagues. The companies complement each other perfectly, says Anders Linnér, founder of Telesystem in Växjö.

Peter Lindblom, CEO and founder of Telesystem in Växjö continues and says:

- Now we have the opportunity to work with larger projects and contracts. With that, I see a positive future and a great potential for expanding the company.

The acquisition is part of Sandbäckens 5-50-500 growth strategy: 5 billion in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in profit. Sandbäckens plans to grow strongly in the electricity segment in the coming years with the goal of 1 billion in turnover.

Växjö Elmontage is a installation company in electricity, telecommunications and data installations. The company was founded in 1996 and has a total of 60 employees. In 2022, Energistyret Kronoberg AB was acquired with three employees. With the acquisition, there was an expansion in property automation.

- I see great synergies in our future work together. We are now becoming a comprehensive supplier in electricity, telecommunications, data, property automation, security, locks and fittings, says Daniel Eliasson, CEO of Växjö Elmontage.

With this acquisition, Sandbäckens group has a turnover of approximately SEK 215 million in Växjö.

The acquisition of Telesystem in Växjö is expected to be completed in June 2024.
