The Konstel companies are to be found throughout greater parts of Norway, but all connected in clusters in Eastern-, Southern- and North-West Norway. This to facilitate good collaboration, exchange of experience and sharing of competence and capacity across the companies. Konstel’s success derives from a decentralized and entrepreneurial business model, through local company management with control over, and responsibility for, day-to-day operations and market activities combined with several central added values such as HR-, marketing and purchasing services, and digital tools and systems.

Sandbäckens offers customers a complete partnership from consultancy and design to installation and service. Its services cover all types of properties and environments, from private housing to public properties, commercial real estate to industrial buildings.

The group provides installation services from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north. It has achieved its current position through a strategic recruitment process and an ambitious acquisition programme.

QMG – Quattro Mikenti Group – is a technical installation and property services group offering contracting and maintenance services for housing, retail, industrial, and public properties in Finland.

The group comprises contracting and service companies in a nationwide network stretching from Helsinki in the south to Rovaniemi in the north. QMG continues to grow both organically and through acquisitions.

QMG is building a nationwide network of subsidiaries providing clients with solutions for technical installation and technical property services.
