Sandbäckens Group acquires Filipstad Luftteknik AB. The company started operations in 2007 and has 7 employees. Filipstad Luftteknik installs and assembles ventilation systems and offers service and specializes in energy optimization. Customers are represented in medium-sized construction companies, industry, municipalities, and work is carried out in Värmland and Örebro County.

The acquisition is part of Sandbäckens 5-50-500 growth strategy: 5 billion in turnover, 50 new companies and 500 million in earnings, and we plan to continue to grow strongly in all disciplines.

Sandbäckens creates an opportunity for Filipstad Luftteknik to continue focusing on the growing core business and at the same time take part in the synergies of being part of a larger installation group.
The acquisition of Filipstad Luftteknik is expected to be completed in March 2024.
